Lecture talks about a period of hollywood's history that not many people know about it.Between WWI&WWII
directors and producers decided to create some rules to regulate the movies content.
After WWII (1918) many americans felt alot of freedom. They experienced a social revolution that influenced their movie industry aswell. It started by dressing fashion changes and continued to movies in newtopics, such as drugs, prostitutions and murder. In 1919 Us government tried to regulate the movies, but movie makers didn't like it so they started to build their own association to control the movies. In 1922 a MPPDA(The Motions Pictures Producers and Distributors) formed.
In 1932 they released the MPPC(Motion Pictures Production Code). The code bande many words from movies which had sexusal meanings such as brod, hot, hore and fery??)and also some rules about bed scenes.Famous movies such as Cityzen kean, Snowwhite... . constitutions didn't make the industry down,in fact the 40's and 50's were populare decades for movies. This was the economy depration, and movies were afordable for most the people.
By 1950's Hollywood started to change some MPPc rules because they had a new competiture,TV.In 1966 they developed the MPA (Motion Picture Association).By this rule the audience will informe by rated movies about their content.so audience will choose to watch or not.
ISN'T IT TOO LONGE ...??

Thank you, Reza, hopefully your transcript is completely correct. by the way, which part is this? If it's only for the activity 24, would you mind doing the rest ones? All our classmates will appreciate you for doing this. And especially it's very good for you because you can well prepare for the listening test to achieve a high score.
