Asian VS Latin american --- rahul magda Kevin

There are a number of similarities between asian diet and traditional healthy Latin American diet. Both diets are based on rice, noodles, whole grains products and vegetables. Also those dites includes significant amounts of fish and shellfish, diary products and poultry. Meat and sweets are on the top of the diet pyramid; that means people don't often eat those products. If we talk about daily beverage recommendations, Asian people prefer more tea; however, Latin Americans prefer water. Furthermore both diets are supported by daily physical activites. In conclusion, Both diet pyramids look very healthy and built to prevent obesity.
